• I was 40 minutes late to my first appointment, so they didn’t take my car — fair enough. • I rescheduled for the next day and arrived on time. • They then gave excuses about only having one technician and scheduling issues, blaming the supervisor/team lead Victor, who I’ve had a previous negative customer service experience with. • If they really have scheduling issues, they should have called me instead of wasting my time. • They took my car but turned away another customer in the same situation. Overall: I got the vibe they were just making up excuses to work less.

Unprofessional Service at Tire Center The staff at Tire Center were unprofessional. After witnessing their behavior, I decided not to get my tires changed there and simply picked them up instead. They made me park and walk around to the front entrance, even though a closer, more convenient entry was available. The lack of courtesy was disappointing.

Tire center technician is not professional at all. They changed my tires and when I arrived to home. I found them flat tires. Take care before you work in Edison tire center and please hire professional technicians.

Just purchased our third set of new tires at this location. Prices are very competitive and the service can't be beat. The value that you get with the $15 mount and balance fee is what makes the difference. Free tire rotations. Plus we have had several flat tires repaired at no cost. This last time they ordered tires for me that arrived the next day as promised. Installation went smoothly and we are very pleased with the new tires. Employees here are knowledgeable and honest. Came in 6 months ago to get new tires and was told we didn't need them yet. The tire center keeps me as a Sam's Club member.
